This Biblical coin of the Jewish Procurator Gratus under Tiberius on the Holy Land was currency in Jesus time.

Side A: Inscritp “IOY AIA” (Juila) above vine leaf and small bunches of grapes.
Side B: LA year 4 =17-18 CE narrow-necked amphora.

Gratus is one one of the men who ruled on the Holy Land in the first century, when Jesus was a child in Nazareth.
