King David Period Antique Clay Oil Lamp Iron Age II.

This beautiful oil lamp was found in the south of Bethlehem where King David grew up a village still named Bassa as the house of Jesse.

Its the collection and investment of our family with all the needed documents from the Israeli Antiquities Authorities.

According to the Bible, Jesse was the son of Obed and the grandson of Ruth and of Boaz. He lived in the south Bethlehem, in Judah, and was of the Tribe of Judah, he was a farmer, breeder and owner of sheep.

A very unique oil lamp with excellent color.
