Iron Age First Temple Period Clay Jug.

Pouring vessel for liquid such as anointing oil, medicine or perfume during the period of the Israelite Kingdom.

Good Condition.
Height: 14 cm.
Found in Israel.

The Iron age I in Transjordan can be divided into three horizons. This type of the early Iron age jugs 1200 BC – 850 BC – and includes the time of the Israelites Kings Davids and Solomon.

As in the case of most Iron Age I the jugs tend to have flaring neck and a simple rim.

Includes a certificate of authenticity and all required documents for export approval.
