Intermediate Jar Typical of the period with elongated body and a flat base.

This type of vessel was made before the invention of the wheel made ancient pottery 2300 – 2000 BC.

This type of pottery was used for storage dry material such as dates and other seeds.

The rim is shaped as a v shape in order to close it easily with a leather and ties it from the neck.

The intermediate bronze age period is a unique time between the early bronze age (the time of establishment of cities) and the Middle bronze age the time of Patriarchs.
