Notice according to the Consumer Protection Law
According to Israeli Consumer Protection Law (“CPL”), 5741-1981, any transaction carried out in a “long-distance sales transaction” (according to the definition of this term under the Israeli CPL) can be cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the order being delivered.
Subject to the provisions of the Law, if you are a consumer who is “disabled”, “senior citizen” or “new immigrant”, as these terms are defined under the CPL, you can cancel a “long-distance sales transaction” within four (4) months as of the date of the transaction, or as of the date of receiving the transactions’ summary document.
This will apply solely to transactions that include a conversation between yourself and zaksjeruslaemgifts.com. Kindly note that we are entitled to demand documentation to verify your status.
When an order cancellation is being made according to the provisions of the CPL as stipulated above, the cancellation fee shall be equal to the lesser between 5% and NIS 100.
When a cancellation under the provisions of the CPL is a result of non-conformance, failure to provide the service at the shipment date or due to any other alleged breach of contract – you will be entitled to receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of your order delivery.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to uswithout first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Israel, shipping your goods may take longer
than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
