This VF condition coin, minted during Jesus’ lifetime, weighs 13.3 grams. It features Melkart on the obverse and an eagle on the reverse. The 30 pieces of silver in Judas’s betrayal likely were these shekels. IAA approved, with authenticity certificate, shipped from Jerusalem.
